Exercise:
I don't have time to work out in
the traditional sense. My schedule is absolutely exhausting.
I work one day every three weeks and that can run 10-12 hours,
so rest is very important to me.
I keep hearing about the importance
of exercise so I try to jiggle my foot while I'm watching
television, doodle while I'm on the phone and shrug whenever
I can.
Beauty Routine:
I usually get up in the morning
and have a shower, especially when I'm working. I use soap
because I find this keeps me clean and I dry off after with
a towel. I like to brush my teeth with a toothbrush and I
use deodorant faithfully.
Diet:
I have to watch what I eat because
if I don't, I end up spilling. I usually remember to eat 2-3
times a day and I find mealtime is the best time to enjoy
food.

Final message:
I wasn't always beautiful. There was a four day period in
puberty where I was downright plain so I understand what some
women are going through.
Just remember like
anything else in life that is worth having, it takes work
and dedication.
